Unfortunately, we don't currently have a brick and mortar showroom for our shelves. However, you can check out our shelving systems on Youtube, and our shelf configurator offers 3D views of the shelf systems you are planning. You should be able to get a very accurate picture of what our products will be like in ‘real life’. All additional information about our products can be found on the detailed product page and in the respective assembly instructions.

We source our products from various suppliers in Europe and Asia.

Our shelves are made of a variety of materials including solid wood, environmentally-friendly chipboard, aluminium, and steel.

Sure you can – provided you live in Germany. We can send you up to five free style samples to make your choice easier.

Please measure the desired height, depth, and width of the available space, then base the dimensions of your future shelf on these measurements. Don’t forget to take skirting boards into account! Enter the measurements in the Configurator or select the appropriate size on the product detail page.

Our Customer Service is there to assist you in every way possible. We can take over the planning of your tailor-made shelf – and it won’t cost anything extra. A drawing and some photos of the space for your shelf will be an excellent help. Feel free to email us at contact@regalraum.com.

The measurements (height, width, and depth) of many shelving systems and wall shelves can be adapted to suit your requirements. Some of our shelving systems and wall shelves can also be cut to an exact size measurement. A clear table of all customisable options in the shelving system (e.g. doors, drawers, attachments, and finishes) can be found here.

Our MAXX shelving systems in white, BOON in oak and white, CLOS-IT wardrobe organizers, and WALK-IN are all great corner shelf solutions. Planning the corner shelf is easy with the Shelf Configurator.

If you want to install a CLOS-IT shelving system in a corner, the Shelf Configurator adds a distance of 4 cm between the shelf boards and the wall, so that the shelf boards in the corner can be inserted easily.

Our BOON and YOMO systems can be fitted with doors. The relevant shelf spaces will then automatically have a rear wall in the same colour as the door.

Our doors have no handles and open with an elegant push-to-open mechanism instead.

The CLOS-IT, WALK-IN, and ON-WALL drawers all open completely, then close gently and silently with a special soft-closing mechanism.

The load capacity is different for each floating shelf. The maximum load capacity under ideal conditions can be found in the graphic on the product detail page of the item. Any deviations caused by alternative wall properties can be found in the respective assembly instructions as well as on the product detail page. Our mounting hardware kit is generally not suitable for porous concrete walls.

Many of our wall shelves and the majority of our shelving systems can be cut to size for you at our small, in-house workshop. You can be sure that your shelf will fit exactly where you want it. That is exactly why our shelves are perfect for ‘difficult’ spaces, for example under a slanted ceiling.

It is really easy to get back to a plan that you previously saved. Simply open the relevant Shelf Configurator and then click ‘Open’ under ‘Planning’. A window will open, where you enter the planning code you received from us via email.

Standard items can be ordered directly on the product detail page. Any shelf systems you have configured can be ordered directly via the Configurator.

Yes. However, you will have to prepay for your order if you want to order over the phone.

In principle, yes. However, as our delivery times are always short, your order may already be on its way to you. That is why you should give our Customer Service a call as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order.

In our online shop, you can pay by credit card, PayPal, and – depending on availability of each service in your home country – you can prepay, use Sofort (Klarna), or EPS. A list of payment options for your home country can be found here.

The delivery flat rate may vary depending on the delivery country. Any orders over 100 euro are shipped free within the EU. Have a look at our delivery information for a detailed overview.

Small shipments are dispatched as parcels or letters. Larger shipments are send by carrier; the carrier will notify you of the time and date of delivery via email, and is made kerb-side on a disposable pallet.

Delivery time depends on the items you ordered. We indicate the availability and delivery time of each item on the product page. If the order includes items with different delivery times, then the longest will be applied to the entire shipment. Find out more.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number on the day your goods are dispatched. Deliveries are made Mon-Sat (DHL) or Mon-Fri (GLS/Schenker).

One pack contains 20 screws and 20 wall anchors. Foe each bracket you will need:

• 2 m – 10 screws and wall anchors
• 1.5 m – 8 screws and wall anchors
• 1 m – 5 screws and wall anchors
• 0.5 m – 3 screws and wall anchors
