What is the 100-days return policy all about?


100 days return policy

You can return items purchased from our shop within 100 days of receiving them, provided they are complete, unused, and undamaged.

Our take-back promise does not affect your legal rights or your right to cancel .

Note: You cannot return any items cut to your specifications.

What costs are covered?

Should you decide to return the entire consignment, we will reimburse the standard shipping costs.

We will also pay for the return shipping, provided the total value for the returned goods surpasses EUR 100. In all other cases, you will be required to pay for return shipping.

How do I return items?


Items sent via parcel service

We are happy to provide you with postage paid return labels for the return of your items. Please contact Customer Service .

Should the shipping costs for the return be on you, then we will deduct a flat rate of €5,95 from the total amount refunded to you (provided you use the returns label).

Any returns for which you don’t use our returns label should be sent to our returns centre.

Bulky items

Please contact Customer Service if you would like to return a bulky item (1.20 m or longer) or if the item was delivered by a carrier.

We will send you a returns label or we will contact a carrier to pick up the bulky item(s) from your home, office, or company address.

How do I package my return correctly?


Packaging the goods

Please avoid any damage or soiling of the goods. Where possible, return the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and all packaging components. Use a protective outer packaging as needed. If you no longer have the original packaging, be sure to use suitable packaging for sufficient protection from damage in transit.
