tolle Farbe und passt perfekt

ich hätte die Boxen von Anfang an mit dem Regal bestellen sollen. Aber die Nachbestellung hat auch bestens geklappt und ich freue mich, dass diese perfekt passen von super Qualität sind.

Zufällig doch noch Verwendung gefunden

Ich habe ein Regal aus der Serie Close-it konfiguriert. Das Regal sollte für eine Ecke der Diele passen und die Tiefe von 30 cm haben. Bei der Konfiguration wurden mir die Boxen vorgeschlagen, da bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass diese auch an die Tiefe angepasst werden. Eine Mitarbeiterin am Telefon erklärte mir, dass die Boxen eine Standardtiefe von 38 cm haben. Warum werden sie denn vorgeschlagen, wenn ich ein Regal von 30 cm Tiefe kaufen will? Ich finde das verwirrend und sehr ärgerlich, zumal der Rückversand auf eigene Kosten erfolgt. Die großen Boxen auf ein schmales Regal stellen ist für mich keine Option (ich finde es optisch einfach nicht schön). Zum Glück und rein zufällig habe ich eine andere Verwendung für die Boxen gefunden und habe sogar noch 2 davon nachgekauft. Denn sonst sind sie in Ordnung, wie solche Boxen halt sind (nicht sehr stabil, nichts für schwere Gegenstände, aber für leichte Deko u.ä. gut geeignet) Read Less

Great looking boxes and exactly the colour I wanted. Half of the boxes in the original delivery were not finished well but swiftly and with no fuss replaced by Regalraum.

Am Ende ok

Grundsätzlich sind wir mit der Qualität und dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis zufrieden. Allerdings waren leider bei jeder Lieferung bisher beschädigte Teil dabei! Die Reklamation funktioniert aber schnell und unkompliziert und es wurde immer sofort Ersatz geschickt. Trotzdem ist es mühsam, wenn nicht alles gleich in Ordnung ist und das wiederholt.

We ship our Goods to Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales).
For orders with a total value of below £100 a fee of £14.95 for packaging and shipping applies.
For orders with a total value of £100 and more a fee of £19,95 applies.
The reduced shipping fee for decor samples is £4,95.
No customs fees or customs formalities will apply for you.

Quick deliveries

Deliveries to Great Britain of merchandise that is available immediately will arrive between 3-8 days after receipt of payment.

Parcel service or carrier deliveries

Smaller shipments are dispatched as parcels or letters. Deliveries are handled by GLS & Royal Mail.
Bulky and oversized shipments are delivered via the carrier Schenker. Schenker will contact you by E-Mail so that you can choose a delivery date and time slot.
Your package will be delivered kerb-side on a disposable pallet. Carrying the goods inside will be up to you.
Deliveries are done Monday-Friday.
